Information we collect

When you request access, we collect your name, email address, affiliation, role, purpose of use and notes. To prevent abuse, we also record a hash made from the sending IP address (a value that cannot be turned back into the original IP address).

How we use it

• To decide whether to grant access, and to notify you of approval or waitlist status
• To sign you in (sending a verification code to your approved email address)
• To contact you about bugs or important changes

We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share it with or sell it to third parties.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in a Cloudflare database. Sign-in uses Cloudflare Access.

Images opened in the viewer

DICOM images and patient information opened in the viewer are processed only inside your browser. They are not sent to or stored on any server.

Deletion requests

To have your request information deleted, please contact dicom@ykforge.com. We will confirm and delete it.
